HOW CAN I PAY?
- ATM (exclusive to Portugal): After you finish your order you'll receive, via e-mail, data regarding your order. The confirmation of payment is automatic: you don't need to send us proof.
- PayPal: This option is valid only for those who have a PayPal account.
- Credit Card: We accept the following cards: Visa, American Express and MasterCard. For your safety all transactions are encrypted. Your card will be debited once the order has been confirmed.
HOW ARE MY PERSONAL DATA TREATED?
The personal information we collect, such as name, address or telephone number, are only used for the specific reason that you have provided us, with it. If we ask for personal information for any other reason, such as marketing, we will inform and request your permission for such use.
HOW CAN I USE MY DISCOUNT CODE?
After adding products to the shopping cart and select the check-out option, we'll provide you a field where you can use your discount code.
HOW CAN I USE MY CARD-OFFER?
When you finish your order, we'll provide you a field where you can add the code of your gift card.
HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs are calculated at the end of each order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?
Shipping takes between 5 to 10 working days - depending on the product – after confirmation payment. However, we're always available in a specific case of urgency: just contact us via chat.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
The order is delivered the first business day after the shipment in mainland Portugal. For the islands - Azores and Madeira - the traffic time varies depending on the specific location. For Spain the transit time is 2 working days. For Germany, France and Luxembourg orders are delivered within 2 to 4 business days after shipment.
- Germany, United Kingdom, Belgium, Netherlands,Luxembourg, Slovenia, Italy, Austria: 3-4 working days.
- France, Spain: 2-4 working days.
- Poland, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Slovakia, Ireland, Hungary: 4-5 working days.
- Lithuania, Sweden, Latvia, Croatia, Finland, Bulgaria, Romania: 5-6 working days.
- Greece, Estonia: 6-8 working days.
